Rescheduled Fisk University Green Chemistry Workshop

The Fisk Community Environmental Program will be hosting a community workshop on “Applications of Green Chemistry for a Healthier and More Sustainable Future.” This workshop will be held Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 10:30am-1:00pm in the Appleton Room of Jubilee Hall on the Fisk Campus. It will be hybrid , both in person and on ZOOM. This workshop will cover significant aspects of the life cycle of chemicals form design to disposal.
The guest speakers for this event are Dr. Omar Villanueva, Chief Program Officer, Beyond Benign and Dr. Kaci Kuntz, Assistant Professor of Chemistry, Fisk University.
